Online Enrollment Procedure

Good day! We hope all is well with you and your family.

We, at Bristol Integrated School, prioritizes the health and safety of the BIS parents and the other members of our school community amidst this pandemic. For this school year 2020-2021, BIS will be implementing an on line enrollment procedure, without the need for a face-to-face contact. The enrollment period is set from June 15 until August 10, 2020. However, we will still be accepting late enrollees beyond that period in consideration of everyone‘s present concerns brought by the COVID 19 situation.

A 3-phase on line procedure will be implemented. For your guidance, the step by step instructions are posted here. The on line procedure is to facilitate easy access and provide convenience for you, our parents. If you have any questions or queries, you may contact us or set an appointment with us.

Enrollment Phases

Phase 1: Online Pre-enlistment

Completion of On Line Pre-enlistment Form

Fill out the Online Admission form thru our BIS Website

Receipt of On Line Pre-enlistment Confirmation

Wait for a call or text from a BIS representative within the day for the confirmation. If no confirmation is done, please contact BIS.

Scheduled Interview

A 30-minute telephone or video interview with the student will be scheduled. The interview will be scheduled from Mondays-Fridays within working hours.

Completion of On Line Pre-enlistment

After the confirmation and interview, the student is pre-enlisted already and needs to complete the following 2 more steps to be enrolled officially.

Phase 2: Receipt of Assessment

The final assessment fee will be sent by the BIS Finance thru your email or messenger within two to three (2-3) working days upon the receipt of the pre-enlistment form.

Referral Program

- 10% off from tuition fee for every new student referred. For details you may contact the school registrar @ 0922 837 6259. Online payment procedure is discussed in the email. Payment options are also available for parents.

Phase 3: Payment

For your convenience, the following on line payment options are available:

Once settled, kindly send a copy of the transaction receipt and indicate the student name and grade level thru our email info@bristol.edu.ph

You can directly pay at the BIS Accounting Office. Look for Ms. Del from Mondays-Fridays, 9am-3pm (Strict health protocols are being implemented inside the BIS campus. )

June 15 until July 31	Early Bird (A free student accident insurance coverage for SY 2020-2021 )
August 1- August 10	Regular (The enrollee cannot avail anymore of the early bird discount)
Beyond August 24	Late Enrolee

Officially Enrolled

Officially enrolled status will be given to students after completion of the 3-phase enrollment. Parents will be informed once enrollment is completed.

School Uniform

BIS will neither sell nor require uniforms for the SY 2020-2021.

School Supplies

A list of school supplies needed will be provided for the program. As for gadget requirements: Desktop/laptop/tablet or ipad/android or iphone cellular phone.

Student Textbooks

No text book required for this SY 2020-2021.
Nearpod – a student engagement platform to be used for SY 2020-2021.

School Offerings

Preschool Department

The Preschool Department offers early childhood education and care programs for toddlers, Nursery and Kindergarten students. They are guided and provided the necessary skills to develop a wide range of competencies such as: Social, Language, Emotional Self-Regulation, Executive Function and Self-Regulation in Learning. Curriculum is differentiated to address individual needs and abilities. These are all attained in an environment which is engaging, exploratory, experiential, and fun.

Grade School Department

Students in Grades 1-6 are provided a curriculum geared towards differentiation. This will ensure that students’ individual needs and capabilities are met, nurtured, and encouraged to blossom. The Grade School Program not only seeks to develop the students’ academic competencies, but also addresses character formation, based on Bristolian values and ideals.

Junior High School Department

Bristol’s Junior High School Department has been PEAC Certified. Its curriculum and program offerings have been enhanced and enriched while being largely based on K-12 standards. Students are encouraged to lead and innovate in a Differentiated Instruction setting to further promote achievement of their fullest potential. Bristolian core values of Honesty, Respect and Responsibility are infused in all learning experiences.

Senior High School Department

Bristol Integrated School offers the General Academic Strand (GAS) as well as the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Strand (STEM) to its Senior High School Students. They are provided on and off campus trainings to ensure and facilitate students’ employability in their career choices.

Special Education Department

Bristol’s Special Education Program is comprehensive and provides students with different abilities, specialized instruction to meet their learning needs by supplying them opportunities that meet their fullest potential. The following programs are offered under the SPED Department: Inclusion/ Mainstreaming, Early Intervention Program (EIP), Middle Childhood Intervention (MCP), Adolescent Vocational Program (AVP), Adult Livelihood Extension Program (ALEP) and One-on-One/ Transition Classes. We also offer Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy services.
